We currently collect and process the following information:

Personal details including contacts, employment history, qualifications, and Curriculum Vitae.

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to allow us to assess your suitability for future employment opportunities.

We will share the information you have given us with potential employers who wish to interview you for vacant positions.

We will only share this information with companies or individuals with whom we are contracted to engage in executive search activity – in turn such companies or individuals are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose other than to assess your suitability for employment with them.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful base upon which we rely for holding and processing this information is held and used through your consent. By submitting your details and your CV to us you agree that we may hold your records on file, and that we may consider you for relevant job opportunities, including the sharing of this information from time to time with potential employers.  You are however able to remove your consent for this at any time. You can do this by contacting the contacts at the top of this notice.


How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on Hazelrigg’s database.

We keep your CV and contacts for ten years after which we will seek your permission to continue holding it. If you do not wish us to hold the data we will delete all electronic records and destroy any hardcopies.

 

Data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
